网络信号（与具体工具相关）： 例如 TLS/HTTP 指纹（含 ALPN/H2）、用于泄漏测试的 WebRTC 候选、DNS 解析器行为、对您指定目标的端口可达性、VPN/代理启发式以及其他诊断遥测。
Cookie/本地存储： 见第 11 节。

关于工具如何工作。 为生成您所请求的结果，部分测试在技术上必然会发起网络请求。对于您触发的端口检查/扫描，我们的系统可能仅为返回结果而联系由您指定的目标。请勿在未获授权的情况下扫描主机/网络。您需对目标选择与遵守适用法律/可接受使用政策负责。

C. 来自合作伙伴/第三方的数据

广告与测量（Google；Mediavine 及其合作方）——见第 12–13 节。
安全/滥用防控： 用于预防滥用并维护服务完整性的威胁情报或风险 IP 列表。

除非您在支持沟通中主动提供相关上下文，否则我们不会尝试将诊断信号与您的现实身份关联。

6）法律依据（欧盟/英国/瑞士）

同意： 在法律要求时用于设置/读取 Cookie 与个性化广告；
合法利益（GDPR 第 6(1)(f) 条）：安全、滥用防控、诊断、服务改进以及非个性化广告/测量；
合同（GDPR 第 6(1)(b) 条）：通过工具/API 向您提供所请求的结果；
法律义务（GDPR 第 6(1)(c) 条）：在法律/主管机关要求时。

7）自动化决策与用户画像

Whoer.net 不实施会对您产生法律效果或以类似方式对您产生重大影响的自动化决策（GDPR 第 13(2)(f)、14(2)(g) 条所指）。

广告合作方。 若您同意个性化广告（见 AdSense 与 Mediavine），我们的合作方可能基于 Cookie 或类似标识符、设备/浏览器信息及您与页面和广告的交互，进行自动化处理以将您归入受众分段，其后果是展示更相关的广告。您可随时通过同意横幅/设置以及本政策所列行业性退选页面撤回或拒绝。

8）提供个人数据是否必需？

访问与诊断。 某些技术数据（如 IP、基本设备/浏览器信息）由您的设备生成，建立连接与返回您所请求的结果需要这些数据；缺少这些数据，本网站将无法正常运行。
